I initially gave this product an overall rating of 3 stars because it is durable and adheres well to the windshield. However, I will be returning this item as it does not keep our phones secure. One of the "arms" that should hold the phone in place doesn't have enough flexibility to prevent the phone from falling or popping out while driving down the road. We received it 2 days ago, used it for the first time today and the phone has fallen out of this unit 3 times within the first 30 minutes of use. We followed the instructions and thought we did something wrong, but we did everything right. If both "arms" had a more curved angle, I think it would work for us. But we're bringing it back because it's not worth wrecking a $600 phone.
