Purchased to hold the top of the bag and keep it in place when on the go. The top and bottom of the bag has a hole for a tie or string. Those thin, ridiculously thin strings snapped when I overtightened them. Cost doesn't matter if it's a total waste. If you are looking for heavy duty, don't buy this one. I need to go to the local store and buy something. They shouldn't look that skinny in photos. I didn't even know they made her so skinny. Now it may be ok to tie some wires together as long as there is no pressure.
