I just bought a new HP printer which was making a fuss about mail order HP ink cartridges and arrived when the printer itself notified HP that it had the ink required. Sounds very convenient, but is expensive. Smart Ink cartridges are a lot cheaper and have good reviews on Revain, so I ordered them. I was worried that my new printer (OfficeJet Pro 6978) might not accept them, but it did without any problems. He informed me that these are not HP cartridges but they work just as well as original cartridges. There are no problems with leakage. Good print quality. I am satisfied with Smart Ink and will order again. It was also a pleasure to receive an email from Smart Ink with instructions and FAQ and to ask me to email it back if I have any questions.
