This lemon squeezer works very well! I love that it holds large lemons and that it's made of stainless steel. I broke a few lemon squeezers. One broke on the plastic bar and the other on the handle (cast aluminum). I also had another brand of stainless steel that was brittle and the handle was bent. This lemon squeezer is way better. I try to get as much juice as possible out of a lemon/lime by squeezing each half individually, then joining the halves and squeezing more juice out of the lemon/lime. This lemon squeezer is used almost every day. So far, so good! If you're curious about the bonus grater, I grated a lime to show it works. shifts when I use the juicer. When washing, soapy water penetrates the only free silicone sleeve. I then have to remove the sleeve to clean and dry it before putting it back on the juicer. If the pod isn't properly dried, it will move even more when you squeeze the lemon/lime. Yes, you can just take the sleeves off and not use them, but I find the sleeves offer the best support.
