I like the ease of use and the ability to update and change as needed without having to call in or in person. Great for the tax professional, and also for the non-tax professional. The ability to track every step of the process. It is easy to add or remove tax entities from the tax management system. I would like to see more options for the non-tax professional, such as tax notices and compliance. It is also difficult to track when a tax return is entered into the system. It makes tracking time much easier. I also use other City Share products for my business. I like how easy it was to set up, we had all of our accounts in one place which made managing tax payments much easier than having them scattered around multiple systems. We also love being able to pay bills from anywhere! It would be nice if they could have an app for mobile so you can access your account without needing to log into their website but this isn't necessary as everything works great through desktop or web browser.
