The red pieces on the back (no clear instructions in the box) make the black rubber bands very difficult to hook on and off, and I can't remove the black rubber plugs on the ends of the two poles to flip them! So make sure they are properly aligned before attaching the connectors. In addition, the video shows how to correctly pass the straps through the buckles, it is very convenient. What I love about the second video is how it counts down on the vehicle so the license plate and rear window don't close. This way you can even use the rear window wipers and open the tailgate if necessary.
