No instructions. There are very few and vague videos on the internet to help with the installation. Easy to set up/out of the box but had a hard time getting the car right, making it strong and stable for the 1 bike I used it on. It says it holds 2-3 bikes but I wouldn't trust it at that weight.

I watched a video showing how to install what you need because there is no real guide. I tested it on short runs and the hooks couldn't stay attached. Every bump in the road knocked her over. We ended up having to load the bike into the trunk of our car. The basic structure and the concept of the device seem to be good. But the engagement mechanism on 4 standard belts is not enough for this task.

It is unfortunate that this product has been sold but it does not contain any function or absolute security, it is not a Seguro. The seller incorrectly stated in their ad that it was compatible with the Lexus RX 350 in the Q&A section. I bought it based on that notion and it turned out to be a lie! I bought this item expecting to trek across state and due to the incompatibility I'm having to give up my favorite bike! Do not buy if you have a Lexus RX350 and definitely do not trust the seller's notion of compatibility!

After watching a few installation videos on youtube (NO INSTRUCTIONS) and then re-threading the ratchet straps to really hold it all went pretty quickly and smoothly. It's supposed to fit 3 bikes but I was only able to fit my 9 year old son's Razor stunt bike and my 6 year old daughter's bike with training wheels. Poor instructions. The product itself isn't bad once you figure out how to set it up and use it. You definitely need to watch YouTube videos to understand this.
