My purchasing experience at Hoson did not meet my expectations, which is saying a lot coming from someone who is an experienced user of beauty and personal care products. In spite of the fact that they promoted themselves as a "beauty destination," the assortment of products was quite limited, and the quality of the majority of the items that they did sell was questionable. Although they have a wide selection of styling tools and appliances, I was disappointed to find that they did not carry many of the high-end brands on which I depend to achieve professional-level results. In addition, the personal care section had an extremely limited number of choices, and they were missing a great number of essential items from their stock. Although it was simple to navigate the website, the process of checking out was needlessly difficult and involved a number of steps as well as a limited number of payment choices. My purchase arrived after a significantly longer period of time than I had anticipated, and when it did, I was dismayed to discover that the packaging was inadequate and that some of the items had been damaged in transit. I found Hoson to be unresponsive and unhelpful when it came to providing support to its customers. I tried to contact them about my concerns, but all I got was a standard statement that didn't address any of my problems. In general, I am unable to recommend Hoson to more experienced consumers of cosmetics and other personal care products. If you are looking for high-quality products and excellent customer service, you should look elsewhere. They may be a good match for beginners, but those who are looking for other options should look elsewhere.
