The Disappointing Online Shopping Experience at LifeEase

I am very dissatisfied with my most recent purchase from LifeEase. The website presents itself as a one-stop-shop for all your office and school supply requirements, but I was disappointed to find that they only carried a few, out-of-date items. In particular, the display boards lacked the polish and authority promised. The quality of the pens and paper was subpar for the asking amount. In comparison to other shops selling similar items, I would rate this one as having below-average quality. The website's layout was confusing, and making a purchase was a time-consuming ordeal. It was difficult to locate the items I required, and when I did, the prices were not prominently presented. It was disappointing that shipping costs were higher than at competing internet retailers. To rub salt in the wound, I received no response to my questions from customer service. I felt like an unimportant number after waiting days to get a reply to my email. In sum, if you're looking for workplace or school supplies online, I wouldn't suggest LifeEase. Disappointing purchasing experience due to outdated and limited product selection, cumbersome website navigation, slow checkout process, high shipping costs, and unresponsive customer support.

Pros
  • Reasonable costs for those looking to save money.
Cons
  • Occasional problems with response times for customer assistance being too slow.
