This soap is ideal for people with sensitive skin or acne, but be aware that you will feel dry after using it. I still use it in every shower. You can only use it on the face. If you have acne, use it thrice per shower. Apply, rinse. Apply, rinse, apply, leave on for 2 minutes, rinse out and stains disappear in a maximum of 2 days.
