Good set for the price. They are based on PVC but are flexible enough to bend as needed and remain flexible. I didn't see the voltage or amperage on the packaging, but the probes are marked 30V. According to this list, one part says "Hands-free test at 7 A" and the other says "Rated current: 5 A". What is that? Confusing rankings aside, this is a bunch of quality leads. The banana plug is perfect for my desktop power supply. Alligator clip wires are soldered, not stamped. In general, a quality product at an affordable price.
