I LOVE this wallet. The quality of the bag is amazing - very strong, durable - no issues with stitching or anything. I couldn't believe how perfect it was. It also fits everything - my iPhone 11 in a pocket, cigarettes, car keys, house keys, airports in a pocket and more - all organized with multiple pockets. This is exactly what I was hoping for. BUT the strap got caught on the bag holder at the self service counter and when I turned around the hook connecting the strap to the bag broke in half. The hook part flew off somewhere, and now I have no way to attach that side of the strap to the bag. (I tried to tie it but it looks ridiculous and makes it too short.) I'm devastated. Apparently this rendered the bag useless until I found another strap. Very uncomfortable.
