Review on Jamo S 801 White: Stylish and Powerful Bookshelf Speaker for Immersive Audio Experience by Bernard Foley
Great for the size
Fantastic bookshelf sized speakers. Wood accents are beautiful and certainly not cheap. The sound is fairly "flat/somewhat true" meaning the drivers don't add any extra bass; as i like. I wish the cones were Kevlar (not for the sound but for the durability) but for the price it's totally fine. I will be purchasing another pair after trying the current set for a month or two in studio monitoring. I will recommend these speakers to people who are looking for something that is affordable yet looks pretty expensive. This review is for "passive" speakers only, I don't know about active "801s pm" speakers.
