When I received this rug there were a few threads sticking out so I decided to take a closer look and found some stitching. I reinforced all the corners with a needle and thread and didn't cut off the loose threads, but sewed them on from below. I was struggling to find a rug of the right size and design and decided to do a refurbishment, but for the price it shouldn't have happened. Bought for the door to the kitchen, so we will use it often. We'll see how it holds up.
