The product disappointed, does not meet the promises.
We have been looking for a citrus juicer for a long time. Primarily for oranges. Since they planned to use it every day and in large quantities, the reliability of the design and the performance of the motor were an important requirement. Our choice fell on the Bork Z800. Metal body and all detachable parts, good appearance, easy to clean after use. However, in the design of the juicer there is a drop-stop, which turned out to be very unreliable.
- Metal case. Expensive look. Easy to wash after use
- The drop-stop system broke on the first day after purchase. There is a small rubber band that should hold the spout and hold the drops. The store said that this is not a warranty case. The Bork hotline sent me to the service center. In the service center, this rubber band is only on order for 1 month. High price, lack of Bork service and support
