Dangerous for pets in my review

My bunny was playing with this and when i walked in the room today it was in pieces. The sides both came apart from the middle piece and the metal rod that was previously attaching it all together was now sticking off one of the side pieces. My bunny could have seriously injured herself. It was played with on a rug too so it wasn't a hard surface. It should not come apart like this. This is dangerous.
