I agree with the other reviews. About a month later I noticed that the rubber in the mount had already snapped and had come loose from the socket. Compare this to another stock bracket I bought from a MINI dealer many years ago - it's still in great condition. Monroe - you need to invest in some quality control. Note: I was wondering if Monroe was aware of this issue, so I called their warranty line. I was directed to a tech support rep who said they only had one complaint on their system related to this item. I told him about eight others here on Revane. He said he'll let manufacturers know it's becoming more common and let marketers know about reviews of Revain. Hey Monroe, in the 21st century people complain on the internet, on Revain, on Twitter, on Facebook etc, only really old dudes like me will care. Pick up the phone and call the company (and wait a long time on the line). Better create a social media department or make sure you have people in that department who follow what is being said about your products. It's called Big Data and you can learn amazing things about your business and your customers. I'm happy to point you in the right direction if you don't know where to start.
