    Cheap quality replacement parts

    Not very good quality, two months later lots of creaking noises I used a lot of lubricant to prevent installation but it didn't help

    Don't waste your $ on them.

    These mounts are a waste of your time and money. You'll find they squeak and are worse than the worn OEM they replaced. Make repairs only once and get regular fasteners.

    It was a waste of time and energy

    Installed in the first week of April, the rubber came loose from the mount and started to crack. Save time and money and buy from the dealer. It was a waste of time and energy.

    Absolute rubbish. Installed it on my 2005 Cooper S.

    Complete junk. Installed it on my 2005 Cooper S and had to take it off after two months because the rubber was so soft it didn't support the strut mount. The protective cap on the stand mount should be 3/8 to 1/2 inch BELOW the stand post. These brackets had the protective cap 1/8" ABOVE my rack post. This is over 1/2" difference. I'm not sure what their rubber compound is, but it is NOT strong enough to use as a replacement for the Cooper strut mount to be used.

    Well installed, let's see how long it lasts.

    Well the other reviews make me nervous but I got one anyway. Installation was ok, maybe 30 minutes for me. This mount fits and mounts well, there is nothing out of the ordinary about mounting it on a tower as other reviews have noted. The studs are marked 9.8 on them and 10.9 on KYB. There are no problems with this. The stock on this block is sealed, where is the KYB and originals (factory?) I removed my car, both were unsealed. Anyway, my squeaking noises are gone, so I'm satisfied for now…

    Approved - Rubbish - Took about 1 month

    I agree with the other reviews. About a month later I noticed that the rubber in the mount had already snapped and had come loose from the socket. Compare this to another stock bracket I bought from a MINI dealer many years ago - it's still in great condition. Monroe - you need to invest in some quality control. Note: I was wondering if Monroe was aware of this issue, so I called their warranty line. I was directed to a tech support rep who said they only had one complaint on their system…
