Good value for money.
Just as good as Really Right Stuff. It has 3 positions you can put the legs in to adjust the height. Nothing fancy, but it works and is well made. It has a 1/4" screw, so if you have more professional and modern equipment (ball heads, camera bodies, etc.) you may need a 1/4 to 3/8 adapter. I was able to get a solid steel with plate find and it works great to give me maximum flexibility.I also use it in combination with a solid smartphone mount and it makes a nice setup.
