Review on 🍞 Nordic Ware Harvest Mini Loaf Pan - Bronze, 11.38 x 9 x 1.88 inches - Brown by Esperanza Hernandez

As always, Nordic Ware is a nice thing to own. This pan did not disappoint. It's a good heavy weight and seems to last a long time. I used the recipe that was in the packet and it baked perfectly and came out with no problems. (I used Baker's Joy to avoid sticking.) The pattern on the brownies was crisp and easy to figure out what it was. Perfect results. My grandson aged 5 helped with the baking and was delighted with the beautiful and delicious results and was keen to share the cakes with his family. I would definitely buy this pan again. This would make a great gift for any baker, especially those who love the fall season.
