Makes very nice buns, I baked pumpkin bread. You MUST use a baker spray like Pam Baker or some alternatives and NOT the same cooking spray which just makes them sticky and won't let go. I used a pastry brush to make sure I got in all the little crevices. I'm so glad I have this pan, it's perfect for a fun treat.

I loved it! I baked at 350 for 30 minutes. I use Libby's pumpkin bread recipe. I placed the cup of batter in a separate bowl and added T-Molasses to darken it and used it to fill the bottom of the mold halfway. I don't think darkening the mold area helped as it darkened the entire bottom, but it tasted really good! I made twelve of the recipe and 4 mini buns. As always, Nordic Ware is a nice thing to own. This pan did not disappoint. It's a good heavy weight and seems to last a long time. I used the recipe that was in the packet and it baked perfectly and came out with no problems. (I used Baker's Joy to avoid sticking.) The pattern on the brownies was crisp and easy to figure out what it was. Perfect results. My grandson aged 5 helped with the baking and was delighted with the beautiful and delicious results and was keen to share the cakes with his
