In general, I'm not a big fan of plastic plants. I love aquascaping with live plants. But sometimes there are exceptions. I am setting up a 72 gallon cold water aquarium for fancy goldfish and wanted something low maintenance. Very good effects can be achieved with this bamboo, especially if you combine it with several bamboo poles (see attached picture). I took the plants apart and reassembled them into plants of different sizes. (Tip: Always keep the base when discarding plastic plants. You can use them to create a new plant later.)
