Ideal for 4WD driveshafts (e.g. Toyota Land Cruiser)
Due to the angle of the yoke/cross, you often cannot fit a standard grease gun clamp adapter onto single joint drive shafts. With this tip, simply press the end of the mirror to push the ball in. This will also center the tip. Let's go, done. No leaks around the tip - seals surprisingly well when the tip is pressed onto/at the end of the mirror with reasonable pressure. Very impressed, kick myself for not buying it decades ago. Now it only takes a few minutes to lubricate all the hinges. Climb under the car longer :)
