I like that it is easy to use for both end users as well developers, so they can be more productive with less training! It's also very flexible which allows us not only build what we need but expand if needed in future without much effort or additional cost (like many other platforms).

We are solving problems such customer service ticketing system by providing an app where people don't have time nor energy/interests spend hours searching tickets online anymore because all their information about customers' issues will always at hand - just one tap away from them anytime anywhere anyplace!
