This product was detected as a camcorder on a Windows 10 PC and was not detected at all on the other two USB 2.0 or USB 3.0 ports. Although the product was marketed as "No CD Required", the product came with a mini-disc. Thinking maybe it needed drivers after all, I put the CD in my computer and waited patiently. There was a strong vibration for about a second followed by a loud "SNAP" sound as the mini-CD disintegrated in my DVD drive. You can't make that up - CDs don't just explode, so I'm guessing the CD had a crack or defect that I didn't notice when I put it in the drive. So not only do I still not have the second monitor I tried to connect, but now I have a DVD drive that won't close because it has broken pieces of DVD in it. Big. Sent back for a refund.
