This pan is majestic.
I work in a fast pace kitchen and have used lots of non-stick pans, but this product takes the cake at home. These are the best pans I have used and are as easy to clean as a mirror is with glass cleaner.Warm water and a paper towel does the trick every time, and readies the pan for it's next use, with no residue left. The wide floor and engineered bottom also does wonders for the heat distribution.Would recommend to anyone looking for a good, lasting frying pan.
