So, for those of us who want to be more eco-friendly and embrace that plastic, straws are a thing of the past. It's been a struggle to find a good substitute for the occasional drink that's made better with a straw. I used these and some paper straws I received recently in a t-shirt. I'm amazed how much harder they are than targets. Left in the cup overnight, they didn't get particularly mushy and didn't fall apart at all. Plus, the bamboo print is fun and good in a tiki drink. I am very happy with this purchase and will definitely buy them again. .
