I have a 20 year old extra large (11" x 8") red ear slider and it fits her perfectly! Now I can fill my entire 55 gallon tank with water and it doesn't take up a single space. She also fits in with plenty of room and she can raise her head and look around so she can still see us all from the inside if she wants to. It even climbed the transparent plastic part all the way to the top where the metal cage is and the transparent lid didn't budge. Not at all. And it's not easy! As long as the ramp is short and steep, my tortoise will go up and down the ramp with no problem. It only took her 3 hours to climb in for the first time. It's all very solid and thick and never budges. Not cheaply made. It also comes with suction cups to attach it to the sides. The floating pillow at the bottom is also perfect for the turtle. She can rest on it and still raise her head to catch her breath. This is her favorite place. Assembly was easy and only took a few minutes. The same applies to the tank holder. This is the best, I wish I had found this many years earlier! No complaints at all.
