Not from the manufacturer.

All photos of people who bought these rods show the manufacturer's packaging and the manufacturers wrap the rods. The wands I received were taped, simply placed in a bag and shipped through the US Postal Service. I don't know if these rods are made in the USA or not, I don't know how to use these rods because there are no instructions and I don't know if these rods are what they say they are because they aren't are in the manufacturer's packaging. They melt easily with my propane torch, but I have no idea how to use them. I am unhappy with my purchase because these rods could pop up anywhere and everywhere.
