Love this read. Would give 5 stars all round except for one small dislike. First I'll start with awesomeness. Reads fast. And exactly. With the photos I posted you can see how the Inkbird reads compared to the old Thermapen. I was looking for the Thermapen MK4 but came across it because of the battery. Here comes a little resentment. Before charging, you need to loosen the small screw. I know why because it's waterproof. But still a small downside if you work in catering or grilling you need a quick charge. Otherwise a great alternative to the Thermapen MK4.
