Review on 💙 Mishimoto MMHOSE-GTO-05BL Silicone Radiator Hose Kit for Pontiac GTO 2005-2006 - Blue by Michael Walker

I also have Mishimoto black silicone hoses on my 2006 GTO. The upper hose has a point leak from contact with the hose bracket. The hoses look good: orange silicone on the inside, durable braid on the outside. But I am very skeptical about replacing them with the same part. I've had cases of hoses being bulged, scratched, torn and abused at a cheap parts store that lasted longer. I give it 10/10 for looks. But 4/10 for durability. UPDATE (5/29/15): After extensive searching I have found that Mishimoto hoses are the highest quality hoses available for my application and I have given them the benefit of the doubt regarding a small leak. - So I bought the set again. After inspecting the new hoses, I upgraded them to four stars. New hoses RELEASE still made of high quality silicone. They fit exactly. That being said, I am suspending the five-star rating due to the failure of the first set. PHOTO: old hoses below / new hoses above.
