It's easy to use even when you're new at it! I've been using this software since 2016 with an agency we worked with. They were able to set up my account within minutes of meeting me and they helped us get our first project started right away. Since then, things have evolved quite a bit but their support has always been quick to respond and helpful in any way possible. The interface can be confusing sometimes but that might just be because I'm not very tech savvy so maybe there are people who know how to navigate around better? Definitely give them a try if you want something that won't break your bank account or take forever to learn. We needed a platform that was simple, yet powerful enough to do most of what we need without being overwhelming. Their team did exactly that by creating multiple integrations into other systems (like MailChimp) as well as custom workflows where necessary.
