The dog has not been shocked at this point and the vibration can dampen it!
I personally experienced electrocution in 3rd gear. This is very painful. I didn't dare pick it up! Vibration level 5 is slightly stronger than mobile phone vibration. This is enough for small and medium-sized dogs. The only downside is that the notification sound is a bit low.
