Review on PhysioNatural by Randy Jagers

I've been a loyal PhysioNatural customer for a long time, but my most recent interaction with the firm was a huge letdown. Nothing went correctly, from the orders being late to the lack of response from customer service. First of all, it was frustrating since I needed my health and housekeeping supplies immediately, but they arrived a full week beyond the estimated delivery date. I called customer service and waited on hold for far too long before getting transferred to someone who clearly didn't give a hoot about my problem. One of the items I ordered was damaged upon arrival, and sending it back was such a hassle. The fact that I had to pay to mail it back added insult to injury to an already poor transaction. In general, PhysioNatural is not a retailer I would suggest to others. Their sluggish delivery times and unprofessional customer service representatives made for an extremely stressful and disheartening experience. Look elsewhere for a service provider who will not waste your time by failing to satisfy your needs.
