Each small ceramic plate arrived completely broken and in a heap of broken ceramic shards. Each plate is completely unusable as a plate and dangerous for intended use when feeding small reptiles such as lizards/geckos. Pottery shards are very sharp and easy to cut. Before opening the boxes, each of them sounded like a baby rattle, which I found odd; but as soon as it opened, it became clear that all the fragments bounced and collided. Each box was supposed to have protective packaging to protect the fragile pottery inside, but it didn't.
