Review on Susan Bates 10 Inch Silvalume Double End by Kristen Reid

If like me you are new to crocheting this is a great crochet. I saw the Knit and Crochet Now section on how to do this and it recommended having a slightly larger beginner needle to accommodate the work and winding of both yarns. Blending the fibers was also recommended. In my first attempt (a simple scarf) I mixed two fibers that don't usually go well together, a super soft CARON yarn and cotton with some multicolor. The double sided crochet fits together so uniquely - the result was really neat and I'm very happy with it. Have fun learning a new stitch and mixing radical colors and fibers. =
