The ease at which you can manage your staff through this software allows me as an owner/operator (or call agent) to focus my time where it should be spent - working! I enjoy being able use one platform instead of juggling multiple applications like before. There are still some things they could improve but overall their service so far has exceeded expectations. It saved us from having to purchase expensive third party apps or hiring additional employees just because there wasn't enough staffing during peak hours. We were also using another payroll system previously without realizing how inefficiently everything worked together when trying to pull up information about paychecks & benefits info etc., now all those systems have come under 1 roof allowing efficiency not only within myself but across departments too. You cannot beat the amount of services konomyunty offers both internally AND externally to other companies who utilize them either directly via clients.
