I bought this book as a birthday present for a close friend and as she says it looks like a good book I am very happy with my purchase. The book arrived on time and she says there are patterns she finds interesting/attractive so I'm doubly happy. She has made it a tradition to knit blankets for friends and family, including my son and the other children in the family, so it's my pleasure to help keep her sweet tradition alive. She also wants to learn to knit, so it will be interesting to see if she gets satisfactory 'results' from the patterns/ideas in this book. (Sure I would LOVE throws for myself, but I didn't REALLY buy this book for selfish reasons. lol
