Bought for my Thanksgiving roaster. Placed this in my grill as directed, placed the turkey side by side, covered with a lid and set the temp to 325. After 20 minutes I went to check and make sure everything was working as the grill was a new product. The lid of the brazier was glued to the plastic liner. The liner also melted on the sides of the pan. This created a real mess for me and my mother-in-law. We rushed to get the turkey out of the pot and the plastic bag was stuck to the turkey part. This resulted in my mother-in-law getting burned on the hot turkey juice that was in the part of the bag where the turkey went. My roaster is suitable for a 26 pound turkey. I was 24 pounds. It wasn't stuffed into a frying pan. There was still room around the turkey, except for the slightly injured legs. I had to cut pieces off the legs where the bag had melted and also spend quite a bit of time cleaning the plastic off the sides of the pan. It also left permanent discoloration in places where it melted. DO NOT ORDER THIS PRODUCT! This made our Thanksgiving very busy and we spent extra time cooking and lots of extra time cleaning! Use cooking spray and just clean the pan. It is much easier.
