UPD2-12AP-switching doesn't work without unplugging and plugging back in machines
Initially, support was good. I had a few issues at first, but they were fixed. Then my kvm stopped displaying to monitors correctly-when I would switch back to a machine, I would get a black screen even though the cpu saw the monitor. The only way to fix was to unplug the monitor link from that cpu on the kvm and plug it back in. I emailed support and they said they would RMA my kvm. That was several weeks ago and they have not responded to any of my followup emails. Stay away from this company. The products just don't work.
