The plastic looks cheap but it will hold up. I wanted plastic head holders instead of magnetic ones because when you have magnets on your workbench (yes, they are kept on my workbench, not in a toolbox drawer that's out of reach.) it gets constantly fouled with rusty bits and metal shavings from the rust will eventually find its way to the magnetic outlet shell and then rust will accumulate all over the shell and outlets. The plastic is nice and easy to clean. The markings are nice and easy to read. For the type of outlet I use, the smaller outlet slots are too close together. They're probably spaced enough for traditional outlets, but I use thru-hole outlets where all bases are the same diameter. I would give 5 stars if the intervals weren't so close together.
