I like that it's easy to use from any device, whether you're at home or in the office! The support is great too - they are always willing to help out when needed. It can be difficult to keep track of all activity within an account if there are multiple people working on them. This tool helps. We've been able to easily see who has worked on what tasks as well as having better visibility into our customer accounts. We also have more control over how much we show about ourselves online (we used to just have one profile).
