Copper? Oh no. Suitable for toys
Yes, many simple tests will tell you that copper is "potentially toxic" to birds. I haven't read anything to suggest that all metals other than stainless steel are unsafe, but copper is actually unsafe and this toy is NOT for sale. Lead and zinc are also fatal to birds. I learned (as the clueless girl that I am :P) that "galvanized" means plated with zinc. So anything containing lead, zinc (including anything galvanized) and/or copper is not safe.
