This is a complex pattern with no instructions BUT if you look at it in the light you can see very faint lines with the letters lined up to show how they fit together. But even though I've decided to modify the wallet by lengthening the lid because I don't like the overall thickness of the finished wallet, I'll continue to use the pattern pieces. I think it was worth it BUT you can still buy a template with full instructions from Tandy and transfer it to a poster for about the same price.
