Great fit and functional design. I am satisfied with the choice of my 2013 Grand Caravan. At first I thought the rigidity and full coverage would make installation difficult, but it turned out not to be an issue. The design offers excellent coverage under the pedals and over the dead pedal (left footrest). The left footrest was one of the reasons for not having floor mats; I could imagine how it would wear out since the factory mat didn't cover it. On the driver's side, the mats attach to the underside of the mat with a combination of ground hooks and "StayPut" knobs. Passenger side spikes only. I don't see any trend towards it either. BTW, one marketing writer calls them boots and another calls them "feathers." However; These are the spikes that grip the carpet. As you can see from my photo they contain dry debris. You can see that only a few flakes of leaves have flown onto the carpet next to the seat. And kicking the dirt out the door is a breeze. I assume they work even better with wet shoes. The lip around the rim is a bit of a bonus in other respects; it acts to prevent things from sliding forward under the seat. Now I have a box of tissues within easy reach under the seat. In another car I've owned, switching from factory carpet to rubber floor mats resulted in a noisier interior. Neither my partner nor I can detect the increased noise level with them, which can be due to the different design / material of the mat or simply to the different acoustics of the car interior.
