Sounds good, make sure you get it fully out from under the car to avoid rumble on the freeway.
Installed on Grand Cherokee 4.0 97, sounds good. I left the stock exhaust way back and it's not too loud, if you don't it hums horribly on the freeway. Pleasant crackling and popping when starting the engine. When you install it I recommend you weld it on. The exhaust clamps I first used slipped a bit off-road, so I ended up getting them out and welding them on.
