I like the fact that you can use this for different types of services depending on what your organization needs are. You have some great options here! It is very easy to implement within our organization as well as with other organizations we work with. We've used Voicemail Assistants before but never had one that was so versatile. We also love that there's always something new being added or improved upon by the developers at vocera. There isn't anything I dislike about this product. If you're looking into using voicemails then definitely consider this option. Our clients were able to get their messages out through email (to us) instead of calling just to leave them a message. This has been helpful since most of our clients don't answer their phones anyway.
