LARGE smart car tag holder that avoids drilling holes in the bumper

Install as instructed with lock washers and it works great (car wash can twist/rotate it but easy to straighten by hand). Since I have license plate frames I also added lock washers to the bolts that hold the tag to the frame and since the frame is flush mounted you will need to use pliers to hold the nut in place while using an Allen wrench to Tighten use it's tight.
