Well, guess what, that happened to me too. I called support and told them about the incident. He asks if that ever happened and they never say. I have to instruct them to read the reviews! While many people think they may be fake, I can assure you they are legit and distributed by Johnson & Johnson. It's common sense though, who the heck pays $9.97 (price at the time) for just ONE thread? The listing clearly states 6 packs per price. Three stars. And this is not due to the quality of the product, but to the "robots" in the warehouse who do not know how to do their job. Oh wait, you meant to tell me these aren't robots?
