Bought in October and I use a Mac and Connect software for updates. An update attempt from a Mac is not possible. It religiously stops at 50% of downloads and then shuts down. This was the case all the time and after consulting Garmin I sent the device back to be exchanged. A new device has arrived and the Connect software has not YET updated my device. Garmin has been aware of this issue since October and still has NOT found a solution. I've recently been told that others are having the same issue, but they still haven't resolved the issue. What's good about buying an expensive device and not getting the updates you're entitled to? I'm very disappointed and still waiting for a solution. Big company and they can't or don't want to understand it.
